Return Policy
ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE EMAIL INFO@SHOESBYSERENA.COM TO RECEIVE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
RETURNS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Shoes must be repacked with their original box(es).
- Merchandise must be unworn. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or worn.
- Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Upon receipt of your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.
